CAN ANYONE DO REGRESSION THERAPY?

Regression Therapy is a form of conscious hypnosis, which is the most widely used today, being accessible to anyone, as long as they really want to, because whoever is controlling the process is the person himself. However, when the level of anxiety is high, it becomes more difficult to obtain complete relaxation, but with exercise and practice everyone can reach the level of trance.

HOW CAN I REVIVE OLD EXPERIENCES DURING REGRESSION?

It is possible to relive old experiences through deep relaxation conducted by a therapist. There are people who manage to go into spontaneous regression during sleep or in other situations of relaxation even without the help of a therapist. IS THERE A DANGER TO BE STUCK IN ANOTHER "PAST LIFE"?

No. In the first place, why not "go" to another "past life". The person remains in the present, knowing where he is, conscious, listening to the sounds around him and is in complete control of himself. Even if the therapist left the room and did not return, the person in a state of deep relaxation would remain that way for a while and return naturally, to his normal state, as if he were waking up from sleep.

CAN EVERYONE SEE THEIR PAST LIVES?

Your unconscious, or your inner self, is always in control, that is, you control the situation yourself. Within you, there is the answer to what is important to see or not to see at any given time. Often the therapist, try as he may, is unable to make you regress. It is your self saying that this is not the right time, or you are not prepared to have that experience, or the answers you need are not in "other lives".

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT THE EXPERIENCE WAS REALLY A PAST LIFE?

Current research indicates that the lived experience may have several origins: the person's real experience; experience constructed unconsciously but never really experienced and experiences of a transpersonal type that can be of two types: so-called “past life” or experience of a collective unconscious type. In some cases, it may be important to compare the information collected during the process and compare it with reality (names of people, locations, dates, other sources, etc.) and from there draw the necessary conclusions regarding its veracity. This last method has been followed for a long time in Tibet and India to verify the so-called “reincarnations” of holy people, such as the Dalai Lama. However, in our perspective, the really important point in Regression Therapy is not whether the experience was actually lived by the person himself. The important question to be asked is “Why is this content important to me?”, “What should I learn from this experience?”, “How can this experience improve my life?”. What matters is to analyze the contents that the unconscious brings to the surface and how it can help in solving the difficulties of this life, the current one.

CAN REGRESSION BE OUR IMAGINATION?

It can, and sometimes it happens and at other times the contents are mixed, as in dreams, in which we see images of facts that we experience on a daily basis, symbols with a personal meaning, stories that we read, scenes from films that we watch and fragments of “past lives”. In fact, it is very difficult for the story of a “past life” to come intact, direct, with a beginning, middle and end. It is like when we report something we witness; not only describe what we observe, but also put our judgment, comments, interpretations, opinions and our other people.

No. The content experienced must be analyzed and commented to understand how they were blocking the person's evolution and, later, what is the “lesson” to extract.
